Conversations with Clay is a one-session workshop designed to melt away stress and help you express whatever’s present in the moment, all through the soothing, hands-on experience of clay. Whether you come with friends or join a small, intimate group, you’ll enjoy relaxed conversation and drinks as you explore your creativity.

No experience is needed-just a willingness to play, connect, and see where the clay takes you. Guided by gentle prompts, you’ll use the natural ease and plasticity of clay to model and shape your own unique sculpture. You’ll take home a small handmade sculpture-a meaningful reminder for your home or office of the creative time you gave yourself.

Performative Ceramic Workshop 
What does a material want to be in this moment?

Discover clay as your creative partner in this unique two-session workshop at an artist’s atelier in Zurich. Explore the story your sculpture wants to tell as you shape, respond to, and glaze your own ceramic artwork.

This hands-on workshop invites participants to reimagine their relationship with clay-not as a passive medium, but as an active co-creator. Through guided exercises and group reflection, you’ll explore the question: What does a material want to be in a particular moment? By treating clay as a storytelling device, you’ll create a unique glazed ceramic sculpture over two sessions, dedicated respectively to modeling and glazing.
